The filing is the easy part

Wyoming lets you change registered agent with a short filing. We charge $50 and we file it. Other states have their own forms and their own fees, billed at cost. The paperwork is not why people move.

What you are actually changing

A registered agent is the person who has to be at a physical address, during business hours, to accept service of process. That is a statutory job, not a mail-forwarding hobby. If your current agent is a suite shared with four hundred other companies and a scan job that runs overnight, you have the statutory minimum. You do not have a person who will call you the morning a summons is handed over.

How the move works

You appoint us. We file the change with the state. The outgoing agent is notified as the statute requires. We pick up the file going forward: service of process, Secretary of State mail, and, if you want the compliance package, the annual report so it does not become a reinstatement.
