Inside the USA, flat-rate physical mail forwarding
All pricing is per year. Choose the frequency that matches how much paper mail your company actually receives. Most holding companies do fine on quarterly; an operating business usually wants weekly or better.

Packages and postage overage
The standard plan covers forwarding of all letters, with postage not to exceed $6.45 per forwarding. Packages carry a $15.00 surcharge plus postage. Twice-weekly and daily plans do not include postage at all. These figures are the ones set out in our Terms and Conditions, which govern.
Outside the USA
International physical forwarding is $275.00 per year for monthly service, plus postage, with a $100.00 minimum postage deposit to start. Postage is billed against that deposit at actual cost.

Known limitations
You may not be able to use this address service with some state government agencies and some credit services. Certain agencies and financial institutions specifically decline addresses associated with commercial mail-receiving operations, and no provider can change that.
If you need an address that appears on your Articles of Incorporation and on the Wyoming Secretary of State website as your principal office, that is a different product, see public record address service.

Tresp Corporate Services charges flat annual rates inside the United States: $175 quarterly, $275 monthly, $375 twice monthly, $475 weekly, $575 twice weekly, and $675 daily. Letter postage is included up to $6.45 per forwarding on quarterly through weekly service; twice-weekly and daily service do not include postage. Packages carry a $15.00 surcharge plus postage. Outside the USA is $275 per year for monthly service plus postage, with a $100 minimum deposit. Digital scans are not billed here; they are already in the compliance packages.
Is this a PO box?
No. It is a real physical street address at a staffed, renovated office building at 821 S Main St, Kemmerer, WY 83101, and your company is assigned its own suite number.
Can I use this address for anything?
Not universally. Some state government agencies and some credit services decline addresses associated with commercial mail-receiving operations. That is a limitation of how those institutions treat such addresses, not of this particular service.
What is the difference between mail forwarding and public record address service?
Physical mail forwarding gets the paper to you. Public record address service puts our address and suite number on your Articles of Incorporation and on the Wyoming Secretary of State website as the principal office of the business, so your own address is not the one listed publicly. They are separate products and many clients use both.
