What it is like to work here
We are a small team in a renovated 120-year-old building on Main Street in Kemmerer, Wyoming, across from the original J.C. Penney mother store. The work is corporate services, forming companies, acting as registered agent, keeping entities compliant, for clients across the country and internationally.
It is detail work with real consequences. A missed filing deadline costs a client money and standing, so accuracy matters more here than speed. The people who do well on this team are the ones who like closing loops.
