Texting us is optional.
It is not required to open an account, to order a service, or to keep your registered agent in good standing. It is a convenience, nothing more. You can decline and still receive everything you are entitled to, and you can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP.
What we would text you about
If you opt in, Tresp Corporate Services, LLC may text you about your account and the services you have ordered:
- registered-agent notices, including service of process and state correspondence we receive for your entity;
- compliance and annual-report reminders before a filing deadline;
- order and service status updates;
- replies to questions you have sent us; and
- one-time passcodes when you sign in to your account.
