How long does it take to switch?

What does the $50 cover?
The $50 is our flat service fee to prepare and file the change-of-agent paperwork with the Secretary of State. Any required state filing fee is separate. Ongoing registered agent service is then billed at our standard flat rate.
Will there be a gap in coverage?
