Wyoming entity formation
Wyoming has no corporate income tax, no personal income tax, no franchise tax, and does not publish member or manager names in the public record. Standard formation completes in about five working days including state filing; expedited completes your filing within one business day. Prices below include first-year state filing fees.

California entity formation
If your business operates in California, forming there, or registering a foreign entity, is usually unavoidable. We handle the Secretary of State filing, the Statement of Information, and your California registered agent of record. Note that California imposes an $800 annual minimum franchise tax on most entities, which is separate from our fee.

Aged shelf companies
An aged shelf company is a clean Wyoming entity that was formed and then held, never traded, never in debt. You get its formation date on day one. How much does it cost to form a Wyoming LLC?
Tresp Corporate Services forms a Wyoming LLC for $1,495 one-time, including all first-year state filing fees, name availability check, Articles of Organization, and a digital operating agreement. Expedited filing within one business day is $1,545.
Do I need a registered agent, and is it included?
Every Wyoming and California entity is legally required to maintain a registered agent in the state of formation. Registered agent service is included in all three of our monthly compliance packages, starting at $21 per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, U.S. bank account transfers (ACH direct debit), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout, with no processing fee to you. We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum, and payment by telephone during business hours at 307.800.1088.
Is there a contract or minimum term on compliance packages?
No. Compliance packages are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel registered agent service you will need to appoint a replacement agent with the state to keep your entity in good standing.
